DeBordieu Golf, Hole #11, par 5 
Just south of Pawleys Island, SC, DeBordieu is the only truly private golf course in the area. It's a magnificent Pete Dye design. Here’s a few tips to consider while playing #11:
“Try to fade your drive past the lone bunker on the right side of the doglegging 
hole. Once past the bend, you have a straight shot to the green, which is long, narrow, and undulating, On the last 100 yards of the fairway to the left looms a formidable natural area. Keep your second shot to the right and you’ll be in fine shape for a pitch and run onto the green. As usual, an approach hit long, right, or left will necessitate the use of a wedge for retrieval. “
