I just read an interesting article about the comeback of vacation homes, and have noticed similar things happening in DeBordieu and Pawleys Island. While I realize it was talking mostly about the lower end of the price spectrum, I really liked what it said about consumer confidence coming back. That same consumer confidence has been showing itself in the DeBordieu Sales Office lately as well. I'm delighted to report that I've noticed a big increase in traffic in the past couple of weeks, walk-ins and internet hits, and am really excited about the two appointments I have tomorrow! Get this....the first one is at 7:30 a.m. You know what they say about that early bird!
I've also noticed a little trend in what people are looking for.
