I LOVE these night time photos of a couple of my listings at DeBordieu and just wanted to share them.
They take a little extra effort, but are certainly worth it. The dramatic effect is produced right at twilight as the sun is going down, just before the sky gets really dark.

On a personal note: The Kaz family is in the middle of deciding where Joey, our senior, will go to college next year. He’s narrowed it down to two schools, UNC-Greensboro, and Ithica College in New York. Both have honored Joey with scholarship offers in Music Composition. Jeff and I are as grateful as we are proud. There is much to consider. We hope to make a decision sometime next week. It’s an exciting time!
