DeBordieu's #17 in "Dream 18"

Recently in the Sun News, DeBordieu's #17 was again named as one of the "Dream 18"....the best 18 holes in the Grand Strand area. (Click on Dream 18 and it will take you to the article.) Now that's about 100 courses! about 1800 golf holes! Which is pretty dang good!

I can remember when we first opened the course in 1987, and debuted in the country's Top 100, one of the more "colorful" golf writers called it "Pete Dye without the whips and chains." Most of Dye's courses have reputations for being really tough. While DeBordieu's course is absolutely gorgeous, and tends to change with whichever way the wind is blowing, golfers familiar with Dye's other great courses have said that DeBordieu is a bit more "user-friendly." According to the article, #17 might just be the exception!

Now here's the really good news....I just HAPPEN to have two EXCELLENT lot values for sale on #17! Both are large, both feature excellent trees, both offer panoramic views of water then golf, and both are within easy golf cart distance from the beach.
