DMGA Edwin R. Wallace Derby – Thursday, March 26 - Signup as twosomes! You will play a 9-hole qualifying match of “Net Better Ball of Partners” beginning at 9:30 a.m. After the morning 9 holes, the top 10 qualifying teams will be re-paired high to low for an afternoon match of true Alternate Shot. One team will be eliminated on each hole until a winner is determined. Sign up in the Golf Shop or on-line through ForeTees.

2015 Member-Member Tournament – Friday &Saturday, April 17-18, Open to all amateur DeBordieu Membership Holders and Dependents.Format: 36 Hole Better Ball of Partners (Men’s & Ladies’ Gross and Net Divisions). Handicap Allowance: Men 90%, Women 95%. Social Fee: $24.00 Per Player plus golfing fees. Tee Assignment: Ladies’ Gross division will play the V Heron tee. Ladies’ Net Division can play the V or VI Heron tees. Men’s Gross division will play from the III Heron tee. Men’s Net division can play the III, IV, V, or VI Heron tees.Tee Times: Friday 1:00 p.m. & Saturday 9:30 Shotguns Starts, Pairings: Choose your own partner; the golf shop will make the pairings based on team handicaps. On day 2 pairings will be based on the leaders in each division. Prizes: Trophies will be awarded to 1st place in each division. Ties: Ties for 1st place in each division will be played off on the golf course. Social: Friday: Following play, we will score the event and enjoy hors d’oeuvres in the clubhouse. Couples Golf & Gather – Sunday, April 26th – Join us for Couples Golf & Gather!!! – Each couple may sign up for 18 holes at 1 PM, or for 9 holes and may tee off at either 1 PM or 3 PM. Following “fun” golf, we will gather for cocktails and appetizers at 6 PM on the “Back Porch”. This is a great chance for old friends, new friends, out of town members, and new members to mix and meet in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. If your spouse doesn’t play golf, then invite someone else to play. Then both couples can come and enjoy the party. Sign up on-line or call the Golf Shop.
