DeBordieu Club’s loss…. is DeBordieu Real Estate’s gain!
Shawn Roper, former Head Golf Professional at DeBordieu Club, is the newest member of the sales team at DeBordieu Colony Real Estate! and his office is RIGHT across the hall from mine!!! I’m hoping he’ll trade some golf tips for some real estate insight!
Shawn comes to DeBordieu Colony Real Estate after 20 years in the resort and private sectors of the Golf Industry. He’s been at DeBordieu Club for the past 13 years, and served as Head Golf Professional for the last 10 years.
He holds degrees in Golf Course Management and Business Administration/Marketing. Shawn is active in All Saints Church in Pawleys Island and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Montessori School of Pawleys Island.
Shawn and his wife Leigh reside in Pawleys Island (with their two adorable children Brandon and Ragan) and where they enjoy the beach, golf, creeks, and the hundreds of other amenities South Carolina’s low country offers. Because of his background, Shawn has, and is eager to share, his love and knowledge of the community, the club, and the lifestyle of DeBordieu.
