I hear white kitchens are really making a comeback, and I love them! But then, I don’t think I’ve ever met a kitchen I didn’t like. HA!

Too Many Cooks?

Not even "too many cooks" could spoil these kitchens at DeBordieu, just south of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, where there are some gorgeous, yet extremely functional kitchens of all kinds.

Let's face it, the kitchen is the center of activity of most homes. It's a place where a huge array of work is done. The kitchen is the place where the meal is prepared, and in many cases, served, except, of course, at my house, where we mostly use the kitchen phone to call in take out, lol.

Because every member of the family is bound to be found in the kitchen at various times in the day, it’s a place where each member can connect.



Because my favorite thing to make for dinner is reservations….this doesn’t really apply to me, but in most cases, the kitchen is where the typical homemaker spends most of her (or his) time. That is why it is very important that the kitchen space is efficient, convenient, and comfortable.
